I stayed in a standard double or twin room. the room was clean. the room service was prompt! the pool view was amazing. I really liked that. the animation team's performances were really fun to watch.

the wi-fi signal was very weak. it was hard to stay connected.

the reception staff were helpful and quick during check-in. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the animation team provided nice entertainment and activities throughout the day.

the food quality was inconsistent, especially at dinner. some areas of the hotel looked dated. the wifi connectivity was only reliable in the lobby area.

I found the staff very helpful. david at reception greeted me with kindness and smiles and also assisted me to room 1212 with my luggage. ezzat at the pool bar was very helpful with a big smile. I even left my bag and found it safe. mohamed (the bbq chef) prepared delicious local egyptian bbq.
